Recruitment Consultant - Bristol

£28k-£40k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing.

Daniel Owen is looking for a recruitment consultant to join the team in our office based in Bristol. Experience is preferred but not essential for this role.

As our trades and labour team soars to new heights, we are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our team in Bristol as a Recruitment Consultant. With this desk having a list of live vacancies across the Bristol area, this division will be one of our key growth points moving forward. You'll inherit a warm desk ready for you to nurture and expand as well as embark on a clear path to leadership with aspirations to manage your own team in the future.

Duties of a Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

1. Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face.
2. Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience.
3. Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage.
4. Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations.

The ideal Recruitment Consultant:

1. Proven recruitment/resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
3. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Has a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
5. Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative.
