Location: Bournemouth BH1 3NE + Hybrid Working

Remuneration Package: Basic salary of up to £32,000 OTE of £65,000 (uncapped commission), 23 Days holiday plus your birthday off! and much much more

About the Job of the Recruitment Consultant

Reporting to the Delivery Manager; the job of our Recruitment Consultant is to develop new business from existing & new clients. You will generate, shortlist, and submit candidates for live vacancies, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.

1. Dedicate time to new Client sales development, winning business from new & existing Clients as well as creating long-term relationship building to secure future business.
2. Client management throughout the delivery process, including vacancy qualification.
3. Generating a candidate pool by carrying out various methods of attraction (Referrals, social media, Advertising & Headhunting).
4. Overseeing the full interview process including candidate, client and process management.
5. Providing amazing aftercare for both our clients and your placed candidates.
6. Finalise the hiring process by confirming job offers from both our clients and candidates.
7. Sharing your SME knowledge through supporting, training, or mentoring.

What we are looking for in our next Recruitment Consultant

1. Experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or similar within one of the following sectors: Technology, IT, Financial Services or Engineering.
2. Have traceable work history in building relationships being able to demonstrate where you have carried out successful candidate and client attraction.
3. Experience of working to and achieving targets.
4. Demonstrate multiple methods of attraction that included but not limited to, Headhunting, SEO Advertising, Social Media and referrals.
5. Using CRM system to track lead progress and ensure accuracy of data.
6. Be able to demonstrate the foundations of everything we do: A Team, Professional and Specialists.
7. Be highly motivated, possess a growth mindset, and be ready to advance your career beyond current limitations.
