Recruitment Consultant - Basildon, Essex - Up to £35,000 base DOE - Immediate Hire

Nuage9 are currently partnered with a Technology Recruitment business based in Basildon, who are looking to add 2 new Recruiters to the ranks before the end of the year.

Job Summary
With Contract and Permanent desks available, this is a great opportunity to join a high performing Tech Recruiter who specialise in placements into European markets.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
2. Utilise social media platforms and professional networks to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking purposes.
7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant OR 12 months + experience in outbound B2B sales.
2. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates.
4. Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
5. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential.
