Lennox is working with a leading, global recruitment agency and we have opportunities for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join them on a number of different desks. Please see details below:

Client Details:

• Based near Basildon, Essex.
• 1 day REMOTE working after probation.
• Base salaries up to £30k.
• Contract and permanent desk opportunities.
• A clear and structured promotion eligibility criteria.
• Commission paid with no threshold between 10-35%.
• Career progression pathway from Delivery Consultant up to Director level within the business.

We are looking for a minimum of 6 months experience working as a 360 consultant, which must have included cold calling clients and winning new business.
