Recruitment Business Partner - Cardiff - Up to £50,000

Hoop PS&HR is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with a market leader in the professional services sector, based in Cardiff, to recruit a Recruitment Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Our client is looking for a recruitment professional who brings a balance of hands-on and strategic experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, personable, proactive, detail-oriented, and a natural influencer and relationship builder.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function.
  2. Manage a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring effective hiring across all business areas.
  3. Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Attend career events to enhance employer brand visibility.
  6. Conduct data analysis and reporting, including talent mapping.
  7. Advise leaders and guide them on recruitment best practices.
  8. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and optimise recruitment processes.
  9. Support the HR team in workforce planning and talent strategy.
  10. Provide MI reporting and identify market trends to drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  1. A proven track record of managing an internal recruitment function.
  2. Experience recruiting specialist roles across various functions.
  3. The ability to work at pace with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  4. Experience managing an ATS and streamlining recruitment processes.
  5. Strong knowledge of employment law and best recruitment practices.
