Role Overview

As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our branch. Your responsibilities will include:

2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
3. Demonstrate the ability to influence a team with values in line with that of gap company values.
4. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
5. Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch.
6. Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales and service targets.
2. Proven record of achievement in recruitment sales and management.
3. Digest and analyse financial reports and understand the position of the branch against financial targets.
4. Experience in coaching and guiding a sales team.
5. A proven track record of generating new business.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower others.
7. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
9. A proactive, can-do and results-driven attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement.
