Our client is looking for a recruitment assistant to join their team. Our client specialises in ski holidays, so a ski passion would be a great benefit.

In this role, you will provide general administrative support to the HR Department with specific responsibility for the recruitment of overseas resort staff.

You will be responsible for recruiting chalet staff, hotel staff, maintenance staff, and resort hosts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to recruitment enquiries
  2. Screen applications from initial enquiry onwards (telephone and email)
  3. Distribute recruitment information
  4. Conduct interviews
  5. Place candidates in positions and resorts
  6. Generate offer/hold/rejection letters for the above positions
  7. Ensure regular communication with candidates to maximise their understanding of their role and commitment for the season
  8. Deal with all correspondence for the above staff, ensuring they receive and return all necessary information
