Job description

Recruitment Administrator

Are you a people-focused, organised professional with a passion for recruitment and admin support? The Resolute Group is growing, and we're looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to help us find and onboard top talent across our white-collar divisions while supporting our recruitment operations.

Basic: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Pride Park

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with leadership and gain exposure to different aspects of the business, including finance, administration, message taking, updating IT systems, diary management, setting up meetings, and travel arrangements, to name a few tasks.

Your Role Includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Managing VAT and end-of-year accounts with our external accountants
  2. Diary management for the leadership team
  3. Supporting contract renewals and business operations
  4. Assisting with apprenticeship programs and external stakeholder communication
  5. Writing and posting job adverts across platforms like LinkedIn, Reed, and internal systems
  6. Helping create presentations and supporting marketing efforts
  7. Creating and formatting CVs, candidate summaries, and supporting documents for clients
  8. Maintaining our CRM and ATS systems with accurate and up-to-date information
  9. Working with the Experienced Consultants to support their administration tasks
  10. Booking travel arrangements for the team across the UK and internationally
  11. Pre-screening CVs and conducting initial candidate outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn)

Who We're Looking For:

Organised, efficient, and great at multitasking
Experience in office administration, with excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
A strong communicator who enjoys working with different people; this is an open-plan office and we need an outgoing individual who isn't scared to talk and become part of the team. GCSEs (Level 5 Maths & English)

This is an office-based role in Pride Park, Derby, 5 days a week, as this role brings the team together and is a vital heartbeat in the business.
