We are hiring for an Account Manager to join our award-winning Recruitment Agency, specialising in placing top-quality candidates into social care settings.

What You'll Do:

1. Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles.
2. Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines.
3. Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network.
4. Work with the talent team to coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment.
5. Ensure relevant compliance documents are collated and processed.
6. Work with the team to fill bookings.

What We're Looking For:

1. Ideally recruitment experience.
2. Graduate level or equivalent.
3. Someone that can demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn.
4. A candidate that is forthcoming and driven.
5. Enthusiasm and confidence.
6. A natural 'people person', someone that enjoys speaking to people and understanding their needs.
7. A self-starter that can bring new ideas to the team!
8. Strong written and oral communication skills.
9. Proficient in MS Office.
10. Organised, proactive and can prioritise.
11. Experience within a social care role would also be beneficial!
