Are you looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have experience in the financial markets or general finance recruitment for any sector? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for an experienced recruiter within our Financial Markets team operating within the Operations market for the banking industry. We have a warm desk available (that generated £240,000 in revenue in the last 12 months) for a senior recruitment consultant who can take over an established client base and grow it further. You will be working with some of the most prestigious banks in London, placing candidates in a variety of Operations roles.

As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for senior accountancy and finance positions
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates
  • Providing excellent service and aftercare to both clients and candidates
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in any sector
  • A proven track record of billing and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and ambitious attitude
  • A professional and ethical approach to recruitment
