Our client is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join the team.

Role Outline
  • Recruiter for Media Products, focusing on Marketing and Services teams in EMEA.
Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, engaging, and hiring best-in-class talent.
  • Examples of the type of roles you’ll help us hire are Business Development Managers, Editors, Marketing Managers, and Online Merchandisers.
Required Skills
  • Ability to sift through large amounts of information.
  • Strong ATS experience.
  • Technically savvy.
  • Highly customer-focused and used to working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Experience
  • Preference for 5+ years in-house recruiting experience and/or agency experience, preferably in the media/content and digital space.
  • Preference for candidates who have worked across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to identify role requirements, build talent attraction strategies, assess candidate suitability for highly specialized roles, collaborate with hiring managers, interview candidates, provide candidate insights, and interpret data on assigned projects.
