What You’ll Do:

As a Recruiter, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage fast-paced, high-volume recruitment campaigns.
2. Source and attract top talent using various channels and methods.
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
4. Deliver a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
