We are LLS Logistics, a privately owned Construction Logistics company who are 13 years old this year. We employ 10 employees direct plus around 150 people who work on 40+ sites. We have an excellent reputation for supporting our workers and promoting fair pay, and we highly promote a team environment which is how we have achieved our £10+ million turnover. Our projects are based in London and its outskirts, working with some of the largest and most dynamic main contractors in the UK, and some of the most highly prestigious projects and associated clients.

LLS Logistics are currently looking for a Blue Collar Resourcer/Admin to join our ever-growing team. We are based in London, 50 metres from Liverpool Street station in highly refurbished offices in and around Spitalfields Market EC2M 4TP.

Duties, not limited to:

• Actively source quality, diverse, direct candidates from a range of sources to deliver our diversity goals
• Maintain and update candidate records in the database
• Proactively source candidates
• Network and engage with candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Gather compliance and rights to work
• Advertise jobs on all suitable platforms

About you:

• Previous experience in recruiting within an agency or internal environment is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment
• Resilience, determination, drive, and ambition
• Romanian language is an advantage
