Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a well-known engineering company in their search for a CNC Programmer to work at their facility in Liverpool.

For the successful CNC Programmer, our client is offering:

• Up to £17.02 per hour (PAYE)
• Rotating Shifts - 06:00-14:00 Mon - Fri / 14:00-23:00 Mon-Thurs, 14:00-18:00 Fri
• Permanent opportunity
• Workplace pension scheme

• 33 Days holiday entitlement per annum including Bank Holidays

The role - CNC Programmer:

• The ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Working with CNC Machinery
• Manufacturing parts using CNC Lathes
• Machining centres on Mazak and Moriseiki machines
• Programming and setting CNC Machinery
• Must be able to understand existing CNC programs and create new ones using Mazatrol, Fanuc controls
• Inputting G-Codes into CNC Machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a good eye for detail to check your own work.

What our client is looking for in a CNC Programmer:

• HNC/NVQ/City and Guilds in Engineering or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role ESSENTIAL
• Ability to read engineering drawings ESSENTIAL
• Experience programming CNC Machinery ESSENTIAL
• Ability to manufacture parts using CNC Lathes
