The successful candidate will be based in the Single Point of contact (SPOC) team with a focus on working with those aged 50 plus. The SPOC Team supports service users at the beginning of their treatment journey within the BCP treatment system. Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting assessments
2. Managing a caseload
3. Care planning
4. Risk management
5. Supporting clients to achieve their personalised goals

We deliver harm minimisation interventions within our needle exchange and psychosocial interventions within our workshops, carrying out preparation and aftercare planning to support referrals towards detoxification programmes and residential rehabilitation.
