Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them back onto the path to recovery. This is an integral role for WithYou - you will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, treating them respectfully and with dignity.

Criminal Recovery Workers provide interventions for people who have involvement with the criminal justice system. The CJ Team works collaboratively with other services including probation & prison service. You will have experience of working in a health social care/substance misuse setting, working with complex clients. You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.
