Job description

Role:
The main purpose of this role is to support in the day-to-day running of the services provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live). The role would involve tasks such as:

  1. Providing 1:1 key work sessions including reduction advice and recovery planning
  2. Increase service user access and choice
  3. Ensure effective case management and coordination

Time commitment:
Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.
