About the role…
An exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator has arisen within our recovery co-ordination team based at Centre for Change in the City Centre of Durham.
The role of a Recovery Coordinator is to manage a service user caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery plans and treatment, liaising closely with the full range of workers and skills within the service team, including family members and significant others as appropriate. You will help set goals in recovery and help the service user achieve their goals in a safe and supportive way.
The Recovery Co-ordinator role is a diverse and rewarding role, Key Duties:

Working within central Durham and the wider county, you will be required to work as part of a team to provide recovery planning and case management to substance misuse clients (Drug and Alcohol) at different stages of their recovery journey, from the assessment and engagement phase providing holistic and structured intervention and psychosocial interventions.
Please note that this role includes weekend and late night shifts (on a rolling rota) and a willingness to travel across Durham is essential.
