An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Business Support Finance Assistants to join The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), which provides procurement services to public sector organizations (primarily NHS Trusts) throughout the UK. Part of that service is the delivery of support to members in the planning, delivery and support of technical and information-based projects and supporting activities. One of these posts is a new position to support the winning of a new contract with NHS Supply Chain.

Main duties of the job:

Successful candidates will play a key role supporting the Business Services Team to effectively manage and execute the development, maintenance, and operation of systems and processes for the collection of various income streams as well as IT and estates services provided to the NOE CPC and CMSP. The post holders will also play a key role in the delivery of effective business finance support for the wider organization.

The post holder will be based in Sheffield although NOE CPC operates a hybrid working policy enabling remote/home working. As part of the interview process, a test will be required to assess your skills on using Excel.

Qualifications:

Essential criteria: 5 GCSEs including Maths & English

Knowledge:

Essential criteria: Knowledge acquired through NVQ3 or equivalent qualification or experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint, knowledge of NHS Procedures CMSP.
