Position: Receptionist
Location: Belfast
Duration: Temporary-Permanent
Rate of Pay: £12.21
Hours: Monday - Friday, 16-20 hours per week

Based in Belfast, this company specializes in high-quality home improvement services across Northern Ireland. Their offerings include double glazing, windows, doors, conservatories, extensions, and roofing solutions. With over a decade of experience, they are recognized as one of the leading home improvement companies in the region.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  1. Welcoming clients and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  2. Handling inquiries about products and services, scheduling consultations, and providing information to potential customers.
  3. Coordinating meetings between clients and sales or design teams, ensuring that appointments are properly recorded and communicated.
  4. Keeping accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Assisting with billing processes, including issuing invoices and processing payments from clients.
  6. Managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Previous reception experience.
  2. Previous office experience.
  3. Good Microsoft/computer skills.
  4. A degree of flexibility around hours.
