About The Role
At LOVE, our receptionist is key to making that all-important first impression. With a super friendly, approachable demeanour, you'll be the go-to person for both employees and visitors, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone feels welcome.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing
You'll handle everything from greeting visitors and verifying right to work documents to managing visitor parking. You'll keep the office organised by overseeing supplies, setting up for our exciting social events, and providing PA support to the CEO and our wider senior leadership team. Additionally, you'll coordinate board meetings, arrange travel, prepare refreshments, and order lunches for meetings.
A Few Things About You
We're looking for someone with previous reception experience and strong admin skills who can handle multiple tasks with ease. You'll bring a friendly, upbeat personality and a proactive attitude, keeping things on track. You'll enjoy wearing different hats throughout the day and embracing a variety of responsibilities. You’ll need to be comfortable with physical tasks around a busy reception, including lifting and moving light equipment or supplies. Familiarity with basic Health and Safety practices, such as First Aid at work, Fire Warden duties, and mental health awareness, is desirable but not essential.
