An exciting opportunity with a fast-growing investment firm in the heart of the West End! This UK-based company is driven by a culture-focused management team, and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop and be trained in Executive Assistant responsibilities.

About the role:

This is a busy part-time to full-time EA/reception role, supporting a small and dynamic team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Meeting and greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Management and coordination of postal deliveries
  • Organisation of meeting rooms (including refreshments)
  • Diary and calendar management
  • European and UK travel arrangements
  • Inbox management
  • Ad-hoc administration as required.

Candidate specification:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced financial or professional services environment
  • Time management and organisation
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to the full length of position (September earliest finish)
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.

Additional information:

  • The role will commence as a part-time position for 3 days a week due to medical leave, but will develop into a full-time hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and Mondays and Fridays from home
  • Lunch break of 1 hour
  • An exciting chance to develop reception and Executive Assistant skills as the role grows into a full-time opportunity
  • Both commitment and flexibility needed with medical leave return - minimum until September.
