Job Title: Receptionist - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM - Fully Office Based
Salary: Up to £27,000


Are you a dynamic and professional individual looking to take on an exciting opportunity? Join our client, a leading financial institution, as a Receptionist on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in the vibrant city centre of Bristol.


About the Role:

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the organisation, providing a warm and welcoming front-of-house service for clients, visitors, and staff. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of reception processes while also supporting various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a friendly smile.
  2. Handle incoming phone calls promptly and effectively.
  3. Manage the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  4. Coordinate the archiving process to maintain organised records.
  5. Ensure the reception area and facilities are tidy and presentable at all times.
  6. Oversee meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling as needed.
  7. Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

What We're Looking For:
  1. A good standard of general education.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Calendar functions.
  3. A presentable and professional demeanour.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent prioritisation and organisational abilities.
  6. Successful DBS check of relevant level.
