Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Receptionist at The Manor Hospital, you will:

1. Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department.
2. Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships.
3. Answer the phone, book appointments and handle all enquiries or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
4. Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly.
5. Participate in departmental strategies that reflect Nuffield Health brand, the Nuffield Health way of caring, goals and objectives.
