Receptionist Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Slough
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Receptionist Administrator to join a highly regarded organisation in Slough. Working from their modern and elegant offices, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a five-star experience with every interaction.

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers stability, variety, and the chance to be a key part of a supportive and sociable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the reception area, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
  2. Handling the switchboard and routing calls efficiently
  3. Logging visitor and call information accurately
  4. Maintaining stock levels and ordering office supplies
  5. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues with clarity and confidence
  6. Preparing meeting rooms and managing room bookings
  7. Coordinating facilities support, including maintenance and health & safety procedures
  8. Responding to email and phone queries in a timely, courteous manner
  9. Ensuring the reception and communal areas are tidy and presentable at all times
  10. Assisting with basic event coordination and marketing admin as needed

About You:

  1. Previous experience in a front-of-house, customer service or reception role
  2. A people-person with a positive, can-do attitude
  3. Well-organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
  4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  5. IT savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  6. Takes pride in delivering high levels of service and professionalism
