An established health organization is seeking an organized individual to support a team of nurses in providing essential services within a community hospital. This role involves communicating effectively with patients, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, especially in Welsh, and have a good understanding of office procedures. The Primary care treatment centre are looking for an organised person who excels in communication. You will be supporting a team of nurses who provide an appointment based service within Llandudno Community Hospital.
The role includes the answering of telephone, booking appointments and compiling paperwork. A good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Welsh PAS would be advantageous.
The post is 22.5 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
