Receptionist / Administrator

About Us: We are a high-end salon offering a range of services, including nails, beauty, hair, and a luxurious Turkish hammam experience. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional manner.
2. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
3. Book and manage client appointments using our simple and easy-to-use booking system.
4. Provide accurate information about our nail, beauty, hair, and hammam services (full training will be provided).
5. Handle client inquiries and assist with any rescheduling or cancellations.
6. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
7. Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks.
8. Communicate efficiently with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
2. Russian/Ukrainian and/or Arabic language skills are a big plus.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
5. Basic computer skills – ability to quickly learn and use our booking system.
6. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy salon environment.
7. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
