About the Role
The Receptionist / Administration Officer serves as the first point of contact for the Deanery, providing friendly and professional front-line services to staff and visitors while ensuring smooth daily office operations. Reporting to the Deanery Administration Manager, this role includes managing enquiries, supporting administrative tasks and projects, maintaining Deanery systems, and assisting with meeting coordination. Success in the role requires strong communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills, along with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
