Great opportunity to join a busy, professional family-feel investment company located in the West End. Approx 40pp strong, the main focus of the role is based on Reception providing First Class FoH support, meeting and greeting, organising meeting rooms, managing diaries, redirecting calls, setting up meeting rooms, IT equipment for virtual calls/meetings and more.

The role requires someone proactive, with lots of common sense, a smiley, warm personality - a flexible and willing to help attitude. Someone who takes pride in their role and brings positive energy is essential. The role will be busy, but in quiet periods you will be expected to assist with more basic tasks, such as post and filing - hence a 'nothing too much trouble' attitude is key.

The successful candidate will ideally have office experience, with the role being best suited to someone who enjoys reception duties, being the first point of contact, and working within a corporate but friendly office. The ideal candidate should be happy in the role as it is but also looking to progress further down the line. Office based.
