• 07:00-13:00, 12:00-18:00, 07:30-12:30, 12:00-17:00
• 25 hours per week
• £12.77 per hour + Sodexo benefits
• Free parking on site
• SIA License preferred
• 28 days Holiday increasing to 33 days with service (including bank holidays)

What you’ll do:

1. Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
2. Showcase your professionalism as you receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
3. Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area.
4. Provide a helping hand with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
5. Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.

What you bring:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
2. A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
3. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
