Job Summary

Trophy Nissan is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for administrative work as well as contributing to a truly exceptional customer experience. An ideal candidate will be outgoing, detailed, and have a great attitude. Experience is a plus but not required. We offer PAID TRAINING. Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers promptly, professionally, and get them with the proper associate.
  • Accurately enter customers in CRM
  • Assist customers with license plates
  • Office administrative duties including FedEx and UPS
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand
  • Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Bilingual is a required *
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
