Job description

Receptionist

Top tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is seeking a new Receptionist to join their London office team on a permanent basis.

  • Salary to £33,500
  • Office based 5 days a week
  • Shifts covering either 8:00am till 5:00pm or 8:30am till 5:30pm

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors, and staff
  • Switchboard call handling via Microsoft Teams
  • Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages via email
  • Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests via our booking system Condeco
  • Meeting room set up and hospitality – including setting up hybrid meetings
  • Organising and assisting with hospitality and events
  • Setting up audio visual systems and troubleshooting problems
  • Invoice processing for the team

Receptionist Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a front of house role in a legal environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online room booking systems (such as Condeco)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication & organisational skills
