Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and check-in guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
2. Manage phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance to guests.
3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Ensure that the reception area is always clean, organized, and inviting.
5. Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
6. Work with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in basic computer systems and hotel management software is a plus.
6. Ability to work flexible hours and handle a fast-paced environment.
