Job description

Arddun Agency is a London-based international wholesale and consulting agency, specialising in womenswear and lifestyle brands. We are currently recruiting for a Front of House to join us in continuing to grow our business.

Hours: 8:45 - 17:15

Office based 5 days a week

Musts:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role within fashion or another creative industry.
  • Be a reliable individual and a team player.
  • Have the ability to be reactive in their everyday tasks.
  • Want to pursue a career in Operations.

The responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the business every day.
  • Supporting the EA with everyday tasks for the Directors.
  • Controlling all office equipment and stationery.
  • Keeping up with office tracking documents and sending weekly reminders and reports.
  • Checking kitchen stock levels.
  • Keeping up with the calendars, including the Birthday calendars.
  • Inbox Management.
  • Working alongside different departments to provide administrative support.

A day in the role will look like:

  • Arriving to open up the office at 8:45.
  • Checking the calendar for any big meetings that could be on that day to prepare the office or meeting room for.
  • Greeting any guests and dealing with the courier services that we work with.
  • Ensuring the coffee is put on ready for the Directors' arrival.
  • Being by the buzzer to facilitate guest entry.
  • Checking that the toilets are stocked up.
  • Controlling the comings and goings of deliveries as dictated by the team.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean throughout the day and putting on the dishwasher as needed.
  • Reporting to the Head of Operations for any ad hoc tasks that come up.
