Job SummaryWe are looking to recruit a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic receptionist for one day a week (Fridays 9am-5pm ONLY) to provide a high quality service within the Evolve - Hull Community Eating Disorder Service to work as part of a team greeting patients and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for the team so effective and empathic communication skills are essential. Effective keyboard skills and an understanding of IT packages with the ability to use email are essential.
Main duties of the jobA minimum of 12 months experience in a healthcare background would be advantageous.

Person SpecificationQualifications Essential- Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Word processing to RSA 2 standard European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
Knowledge Essential- Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Desirable- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience Essential- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures
