Role Accountabilities:

• Ensuring all guests consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
• Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
• Assist as necessary to maximise the customers’ comfort while they are on site.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customers.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
