Job description

Old Mill is a leading accounting firm seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience in our office. As our Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a wide range of clients and sectors, helping to drive our continued success.

We are looking for someone to join us in a part time position, ideally 30-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday based in the Old Mill Chippenham office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Manage and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and conference rooms
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
