As Reception Manager, you will oversee a busy reception operation, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will manage a dedicated team of 13, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate, and manage the reception team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
2. Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
3. Train and develop team members, ensuring consistency in service standards.
4. Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
5. Work closely with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
6. Manage reservations, room allocations, and VIP guest requests.
7. Implement and maintain hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
8. Monitor performance, KPIs, and guest feedback to continuously improve service.

1. Proven experience as a Reception Manager or Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
