We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.
Overview
  • An amazing opportunity to join The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
  • As a Reception Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the lobby operation ensuring a high level of service is always maintained and expectations are exceeded.
  • Your focus will be on service delivery as guest satisfaction is paramount within this role.
  • You will be responsible for leading the lobby team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.
About You
  • Proven track record of overseeing a busy reception as a reception supervisor or hotel duty management experience is required within a 4 or 5 Star hotel.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
  • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading, coaching and developing a team.
  • It is essential you have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
