Warm, friendly, and caring by nature, they play an integral role in two unique locations: Scarlet, our adults-only eco-sanctuary where the beauty of natural living is celebrated, and Bedruthan, a creative and welcoming haven for all to enjoy.

From greeting guests with a warm smile at check-in, to anticipating their every need during their stay, and offering a heartfelt farewell upon departure, our reception team ensures that every moment at our hotels is special. Their flexibility and willingness to support other departments make them a key part of our close-knit team, and their efforts are always deeply appreciated.

Each day at the hotels brings something new, and while your responsibilities will vary, you can always expect to:

  1. Greet arriving guests with a swift and welcoming check-in process
  2. Answer any questions from guests, offering insights into both the hotel and the surrounding area
  3. Anticipate guests' needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay
  4. Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects the warmth of our hotels
  5. Handle cash and card transactions with efficiency, ensuring a smooth checkout experience
  6. Prepare everything for the next day's guests
