Reception/Day Concierge - Full Time Hours

Position: Reception/Day Concierge, Temporary
Salary: £12 per hour

Your New Company: Hays are partnering with a well-known charity to recruit for a Reception/Day Concierge on a temporary basis.

Your New Role: As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will ensure a smooth sign-in and sign-out process. You'll handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, while also taking on a variety of general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for cash handling.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  1. Previous experience in a receptionist role
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  4. Experience in cash handling

What You'll Get in Return:
£12 per hour
42 hours average over two weeks (week 1-36 hours, week 2-48 hours, 8am -8pm, occasional Saturdays and Sundays)
Temporary for 8 weeks with possible extension
North Belfast location
