Our client is recruiting for a real estates solicitor to work on commercial and residential disputes, focusing on landlord and tenant litigation and acts for investor, developers, retailors and corporate occupiers managing their nation property portfolio.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Successful candidate must have at least 1 years PQE.
• Must be able to manage your own caseload.
• Extensive property litigation experience including commercial and residential disputes.
• Excellent organisational skills and a passion for real estate law.
