Job Description

This is a chance for a Solicitor with Commercial Property experience to join a Legal 500 rated Real Estate practice.

This team specifically acts on Real Estate Finance matters and the typical client base will be banks, borrowers and lenders on investment and development work. The team is advising on the Property aspects of these deals - so this is not a role for somebody looking to specialise in Banking & Finance.

You will be advising on complex projects and the management of property portfolios. Ideally the team is looking for somebody with experience in advising on the Property aspects of Finance deals/transactions.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers and Partners in a national team. You will get lots of exposure to clients and it would suit a Solicitor who enjoys building relationships with external stakeholders, clients and intermediaries.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally the team is looking for somebody with experience in Property Finance but it could suit a lawyer with Commercial Property experience who is looking to specialise in this area. It's likely that you will have at least 12 months' experience in Real Estate.
