Job description

Job title: Real Estate Solicitor
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £45k-£60k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 2-5
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a standout full-service local firm, recognised as a longstanding and established practice with a range of enviable clients in the region. They are currently seeking a key hire into its commercial property team, allowing you to make an immediate impact on this busy and ambitious department.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Handling a range of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, refinances, development work and more.
  2. Working collaboratively within the team on large deals alongside taking ownership of your own cases.
  3. Engaging in business development, client seminars, and networking events amongst others.
  4. Demonstrating exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills.
