Job description
I am working with a west end firm who are looking to supplement their real estate team with a mid-level hire.
They do a broad variety of work including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Development work (both commercial and residential)
- Property finance and restructuring (including bridging, mezzanine, and development)
- Option agreements and conditional contracts
- Landlord & tenant work (assignments, renewals, and negotiation of new leases)
