Job description

Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and respected law firm in Stirling looking to recruit a skilled Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE to join their expanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving practice with a strong presence in the local market. You will play a key role in the Real Estate team, handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, with a particular emphasis on independently managing residential conveyancing files.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
2. Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
3. Advise clients on a broad range of real estate issues
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
5. Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the team's continued success

Candidate Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years PQE
2. Experience in both commercial and residential property law
3. Able to manage residential files independently and confidently
4. Excellent client care and communication skills
5. Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
