Unique Senior Commercial Property Solicitor Role (5 PQE+) - Manchester City Centre

We are now working with a property specialist firm based in Manchester city centre on the placement of a senior commercial property solicitor.

The Role:

1. Commercial Property Solicitor 5 PQE+
2. Manchester city centre
3. This is an opportunity for a senior commercial property lawyer to lead on a caseload of predominantly asset management & investment work. The work is top tier. The main client is an asset management company that runs a 1 billion portfolio of retail and business space.
4. You will also be working on sales, generally in the £5m-£10m bracket (standalone buildings, development land etc).
5. There is a steady stream of work which is interesting and complex.
6. Working closely with strong solicitors with previous experience in top quality property firms.
7. Working as the in-house property team for a large property group.

The Candidate:

1. 5 PQE+
2. Experience gained in a large regional, national or international firm
3. Experienced in asset management and investment work
4. This role could suit an experienced property solicitor, currently in a top tier private practice firm, looking to do top tier work but with a better work/life balance. Alternatively, it could suit an experienced property lawyer who is currently working in-house.
