Leading global law firm is seeking a senior commercial real estate solicitor to join their successful team on a permanent basis.

London based role.

Our client is a global law firm, with an excellent reputation in the London market for multiple practice areas.

You will be working with some market leading real estate partners on a range of exciting deals.

Description

As a real estate solicitor you will be advising on a broad range of commercial property matters to include;

• Licenses to assign, underlet, and for alterations
• Assist with portfolio sales in the real estate team; reporting/involvement in main sale contracts (asset/share sale).
• Lease agreements, conditional on works/planning consent; liaising with planning/construction teams
• Leases for landlords (investment properties) and tenant occupiers
• Deeds of variation and rent deposit deeds
• Sale contracts for freehold/leasehold sites, including conditional sales involving planning/construction teams; sale agreements subject to leases

Profile

The successful real estate solicitor should be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with a deep understand of commercial real estate law. You will ideally have worked at a City or Regional firm for at least 5 years.
