A London office of a national UK law firm has a requirement for a 2+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor. The Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, dedicated and talented team working upon a full case load involving:
- Investigating Title.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements to include Leases, deeds of easements, surrender, and variation.
- Liaising with other teams such as Property Litigation, Planning, Construction, Development, Investment, and Commercial.
- Acquiring land, sites, and commercial property.
The Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE and have an understanding of Part II of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. Knowledge or experience of housing development would be useful.
Salary to £70,000
