Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

• Advising on high-value development, investment, and occupier transactions.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal counsel.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements.
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Assisting with business development and expanding the firm's Real Estate offering.
• Working closely with the senior fee earners on complex transactions

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with at least 1 years PQE plus in Real Estate law.
• Experienced in development, investment, and occupier work.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts.
• Confident in client-facing roles and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academics
